Class Description:
- This is a certification workshop required of members before you can use the CNC Router on your own. [24/7 access] Since this is a Level 3 Machine, you will also need to demonstrate to an instructor that you can operate the router safely. A "check-out" session will be at a separate pre-arranged time, but there will be no additional costs.
- We will cover some of the abilities of the machine, terminology, safety, PPM policies, and the complete setup and execution of a job.
- This training focuses on the operation of the router - not the creation of models. We will discuss briefly software and process for the creation of models and tool paths. But if you have projects in mind, we can talk through some of the specifics that might be involved.

RSVP limit is 7. If you have a guest observer (not to be certified) you wish to bring, please check with the instructor first as physical space is limited inside the router room.
